Tau (pronounced "taw") Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega is proud to be a part of 107 years of rich Panhellenic history at Brenau University. Tau was founded on November 24, 1911 and has been home to generations of Real. Strong. Women. Countless Tau alumnae have become entrepreneurs and game changers in their fields after leaving Brenau. Tau Chapter may be on the smaller side in comparison with other AXO chapters, but we've never lacked spirit. We pride ourselves in our spunk, our lifelong commitment to loving one another, and the steps we are taking as leaders to change our world for the better. We were voted Sorority of the Year at Brenau for the 2017-2018, and 2018-2019 school year. We love our sisters and we love growing with each other.

About Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Chi Omega was founded on October 15, 1885 at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. The fraternity was originally founded for seven women who upheld the highest musical culture and embodied true womanhood. Today, there are no collegiate musical requirements, but our badge serves as a tribute to our musical heritage. The Alpha Chi Omega fraternity is knit together by our belief in the development and unity of Real. Strong. Women. Our symbol is the lyre, our flower is the red carnation, and our motto is, "Together Let Us Seek the Heights".
